Meet the team - Alison (the one in charge)

Hi, my name is Alison Hartley and I am very proud to be leader of the North East England team trip to Thailand. I am a Brownie leader and run the same unit I attended many years ago, I am also assistant leader with Ossett District Senior Section and Division commissioner for Wakefield North. I am married and have four children two girls and two boys ( aged between 9 and 20)and am going to be a grandma in October!!!  This will be my third international trip with Girlguiding, I was a participant in the Adult trip to India in 2012 and then completed my travelling abroad license by taking 46 members of the division on the Big Brownie Birthday Euro hop in 2014 to France and Belgium. This trip is destined to be the trip of a lifetime, I am looking forward to working with a great team of leaders and girls.
